Our hero the Crab, the totem of sustenance and nourishment in our dynanic Pacific North- west coastal fishing communities holds Camel Rock within her body. Houda Point Beach, also known as Camel Rock, is a coastal park in Trinidad, California, renowned for its picturesque landscapes and recreational activities.
The park features a prominent sea stack named Camel Rock, resembling a two-humped camel, and offers trails leading to the beach and scenic viewpoints.
In this design, we also celebrate the California condors (Prey-go-neesh in the Yurok language) that have been successfully reintroduced to the Yurok ancestral
territory in Northern California. The condors hold profound cultural significance for the Yurok people, who consider them messengers that carry prayers to the heav- ens. Their return is a vital part of the tribe's obligation to restore balance to the natural world.
