Kiki Fairy Moss Sea Basket is handwoven from reclaimed crab pot rope. Kiki is woven out of a beautiful piece of light green rope and features multi colored spines of creamy white with rusty orange bits. Ms. Fairy Moss is  a large harvest basket.  She's perfect for holding your fresh picked veggies and fruites, or easy to take mushroom hunting. This rope dries quickly and you can easily rinse your harvest while it's held in this basket. Kiki Fairy Moss  is a very sturdy basket with a strong handle.
 
This Sea Basket was hand woven out of rope which has been sourced directly from our local fishermen.The rope itself has beautifully distinctive characteristic marks from its time spent in the ocean. The rusty marks come from the crab fishing and rope storage process. We like to preserve as much of the history of the rope’s fishing usefulness as possible. Look carefully and you will find knots, rope splices, loops and more, woven directly into this basket.
