MerMat Elena Vimba Vimba is handwoven from reclaimed crab pot rope. Elena is woven from both a light fluffy pink/coral and well-worn aqua ropes.  Ms. Vimba Vimba is a double weave and has just a little  rusty shading, mostly a cleaner look. MerMat Elena Vimba Vimba will put a skip in your step everytime you cross your threshold. 
 
The rope used to make this Mermat has beautifully distinctive characteristic marks from its time spent in the ocean. The rusty marks come from the crab fishing and rope storage process.
