MerMat Cassidy Shore Crab is handwoven from reclaimed crab pot rope. Cassidy is a a great example of of well-used rusty rope. She is a one color sandy neutral very faded and washed out driftwood grey that now has become a light grey/tan.  Ms. Shore Crab has a quiet, elagant and wise feel to her. She  is sophisticated and durable and will welcome you home for years to come with his durable ruggedness.
 
The rope used to make this Mermat has beautifully distinctive characteristic marks from its time spent in the ocean. The rusty marks come from the crab fishing and rope storage process.
